Childhood Cancer Proclamation

While working for a local school district, I observed that among their many proclamations made at School Board Meetings, Childhood Cancer Awareness Month was not recognized. Knowing many children in the school district who had cancer over the years, I felt it was important there was a Childhood Cancer Awareness Proclamation. After two years, I was able to secure this, and was given the opportunity to present and read it to the School Board for the first time.
